Torta de Laranja (Orange Roll)

Ingredients:
- 8 eggs
- 300 grams of sugar (extra 50 grams to sprinkle)
- 2 oranges (for zest and juice)
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 80 grams of melted butter
- Parchment paper
Directions:
- Preheat oven 350F (180C)
- Grease bottom of baking sheet with melted butter(margarine); place parchment paper on top and grease parchment paper - set aside
- Add 8 eggs to mixing bowl
- Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to 300 grams of sugar and stir together and add into mixing bowl
- Zest and juice 2 oranges
- Add the orange juice into mixing bowl; add orange zest and 80 grams of melted butter and mix for 1 to 2 minutes; add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and mix for about 30 seconds
- Pour batter to prepared baking sheet - bake for 15 to 20 minutes
- Sprinkle with approx 50 gram of sugar
- Turn the torte onto a clean dish cloth and roll in into Roll
