Torta de Laranja (Orange Roll)
Cook Time: 15 to 20 minutes

Ingredients:
8 eggs
300 grams of sugar (extra 50 grams to sprinkle)
2 oranges (for zest and juice)
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 teaspoon of baking powder
80 grams of melted butter
Parchment paper
Directions:
Preheat oven 350F (180C)
Grease bottom of baking sheet with melted butter(margarine); place parchment paper on top and grease parchment paper - set aside
Add 8 eggs to mixing bowl
Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to 300 grams of sugar and stir together and add into mixing bowl
Zest and juice 2 oranges
Add the orange juice into mixing bowl; add orange zest and 80 grams of melted butter and mix for 1 to 2 minutes; add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and mix for about 30 seconds
Pour batter to prepared baking sheet - bake for 15 to 20 minutes
Sprinkle with approx 50 gram of sugar
Turn the torte onto a clean dish cloth and roll in into Roll
