Semifrio de Bolo de Bolacha

Ingredients:
- 1 sleeve of Bolacha Maria (Maria Biscuits)
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 liter of 35% whipping cream (Natas)
- 1 can of condensed milk (300ml)
- White/dark chocolate of choice for garnish
Directions:
- Break the bolacha Maria until it is crumble.
- Separate the eggs.
- Beat the egg whites until it forms a meringue - place in fridge.
- Beat the heavy cream until fluffy and place in the fridge.
- Whisk the egg yolks until cream add one can of condensed milk and whisk until fluffy.
- Fold in 1/3 of egg whites, fold in 1/3 of heavy cream at a time and continue until done.
- Add the cookie crumbs and fold in.
- Pour mixture into a spring form pan and freezer for a couple of hours.
- Garnish with white and dark chocolate or substitute with fruit or cookie crumbs (it's your choice).
