This Portuguese torresmos brancos (fried pork belly) is quite simple and all you need is three ingredients: water, coarse sea salt and thickly cut pork belly pieces.
Ingredients:
6 lbs of pork belly cut into large pieces
2 cups of water
1/2 cup of coarse sea salt
Large cooking pot
Directions:
In a large pot, add 2 cups of water and the half a cup of coarse sea salt.
