  • Ingredients:
  •  1 lbs frozen or fresh peas
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic,chopped
  • 1 cup chourico,sliced
  • 1 cup linguiça, sliced
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • ¼ cup parsley,chopped
  • 1 tbsp malagueta
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp bacon fat (optional)
  • 1 12 oz can chicken stock
  • 6 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
