- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic,chopped
- 1 cup chourico,sliced
- 1 cup linguiça, sliced
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- ¼ cup parsley,chopped
- 1 tbsp malagueta
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp bacon fat (optional)
- 1 12 oz can chicken stock
- 6 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
