Ingredients:
2 lbs of pork meat (cut into cubes)
2 lbs of baby clams
1 tablespoon of ground red pepper sauce (pimenta moída)
1 teaspoon of white pepper
1 teaspoon of black pepper
Salt (to taste)
3 bay leaves
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of paprika
1 and 1/2 cups of white wine (reserve 1/2 cup)
