Carne de Porco à Alentejana

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs of pork meat (cut into cubes)
  • 2 lbs of baby clams
  • 1 tablespoon of ground red pepper sauce (pimenta moída)
  • 1 teaspoon of white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 and  1/2 cups of white wine (reserve 1/2 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
