Natasha's Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Natasha's best chocolate chip cookies are big, soft, chewy and loaded with chocolate.
Ingredients:
- 2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar (tightly packed)
- 2 large eggs at room temperature
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour (375 grams),
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
