- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Sugar and cinnamon to cover the rosettes
