Ingredients:
In a small bowl, add yeast, 1 tbsp 1 tbsp sugar, tbsp flour and ½ cup warm water. Mix until everything is well combined. To the flour, add salt and sugar. Mix well. To the milk, add butter and warm up in the microwave for 2 minutes. Beat the eggs and add to the flour. Add milk and butter to the eggs and continue mixing so the eggs don’t scramble. Add yeast and mix all the ingredients until well combined. Cover with a towel. After 15 minutes give and hand and try to make folds with the dough. Wet your hands in water so they don’t stick. Cover again and let rise until doubled in size. Heat up the oil, once it reaches 350 degrees it is ready to fry the dough. Wet your hands in oil, grab a small amount of dough and begin stretching. If you have a difficult time stretching the dough, turn a small bowl upside down and use the bowl to stretch the dough. Also, you can shape the dough into small balls and place it on the table. Once they are all shaped, start with the first one and stretch the dough. Fry the dough until golden on both sides. Drain the oil. Roll in sugar and ready to eat.
