Preparation
In a pot with approximately 3 liters of water, season with salt and add the chicken bouillon cube, garlic, onion, quartered turnip, potatoes, and chopped carrots.
Finally, add the olive oil.
Cover and let it cook for 30 minutes.
Once everything is cooked, blend the soup until smooth.
Add the diced turnip, diced carrot, and turnip greens to the soup.
