Irish Coffee with Madeira Wine Recipe
Ingredients
4 tbsp whiskey
200 ml (0.8 cup) hot coffee coffee
500 ml (2 cups) cooked condensed milk
4 tsp whipped cream
120 g (4.2 oz) cocoa powder
1 tbsp Madeira wine
Preparation
Distribute 1 tbsp of Madeira wine and 1 tbsp of whiskey into each serving glass.
Add 1/4 of coffee and condensed milk to each glass, then stir well.
Top each glass with approximately 30 g of whipped cream, sprinkle with cocoa powder, and serve immediately.
