Irish Coffee with Madeira Wine Recipe


Ingredients
4 tbsp whiskey200 ml (0.8 cup) hot coffee coffee500 ml (2 cups) cooked condensed milk4 tsp whipped cream120 g (4.2 oz) cocoa powder1 tbsp Madeira wine
Preparation

  1. Distribute 1 tbsp of Madeira wine and 1 tbsp of whiskey into each serving glass.
  2. Add 1/4 of coffee and condensed milk to each glass, then stir well.
  3. Top each glass with approximately 30 g of whipped cream, sprinkle with cocoa powder, and serve immediately.
