2 chicken breasts, cut into steaks1 cup of heavy cream3 cloves of garlic1 teaspoon of mustardGround pepper (to taste)Salt (to taste)Olive oil (to taste)

Directions

  1. Season the steaks with the minced garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a frying pan with olive oil (to taste) and fry the steaks.
  3. Add the mustard and cream to the frying pan.
  4. Cook until the sauce thickens and serve immediately.
