Creamy Chicken Steaks Recipe

Serve these delicious and simple to make creamy chicken steaks (bifes de frango cremosos) with some white rice and/or cooked vegetables.

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, cut into steaks1 cup of heavy cream3 cloves of garlic1 teaspoon of mustardGround pepper (to taste)Salt (to taste)Olive oil (to taste) Get Portuguese ingredients

Instructions

Season the steaks with the minced garlic, salt and pepper.
Heat a frying pan with olive oil (to taste) and fry the steaks.
Add the mustard and cream to the frying pan.
Cook until the sauce thickens and serve immediately.
