4 pre-soaked cod fillets1 lb of turnip greens (you can use brocolli)3 eggs1 clove of garlicPepper (to taste)Salt (to taste)1/2 red bell pepper cut into small squares1 small onion1/2 cup of milk1 pie crustOlive oil (to taste)Parsley (to taste)Coriander (to taste)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C or 350°F.
  2. Cook the cod fillets in water, once cool, shred into small pieces while removing the spines and skin.
  3. Cook the turnip greens or brocolli and chop it.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C or 350°F.
  5. Cook the chopped onion with the chopped garlic in olive oil in a frying pan, once the onion is translucent, remove it from the heat.
  6. Add the cod, turnip greens or brocolli and onion and garlic in olive oil into a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix everything well.
  7. Line a pie pan with the pie crust and trim any overlapping crust.
  8. Add the mix into the pie pan and bake for about 35 minutes.
