Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 150ºC or 350ºF.
  2. Beat the sugar with the eggs.
  3. Add the melted margarine (already cold).
  4. Add the lemon zest and flour and stir well.
  5. Add a little water if needed to get the rigth consistency.
  6. Pour the mixture in the pastry bag and draw the cookies on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes or until they are golden brown.

Not sure, but if that happens, add a little milk or water to it until you have the right consistency.

Made these today & it was very hard to pipe out the cookies. Recipe says to POUR. but there isn’t enough liquid to be able to pipe out

You gotta have the right consistency Maria, if it needs a little more liquid to get the right consistency just add a little water.
