1 pineapple, peeled and slicedBrown sugar (to taste)Cinnamon (to taste)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC or 350ºF.
  2. Arrange the pineapple slices on a baking sheet and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Bake for about 20 minutes or until lightly toasted.
  4. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream.
