Preparation
- Heat a frying pan with olive oil (to taste) and add a little margarine or butter (to taste).
- Add the sliced garlic and let it fry a little.
- Add the shrimp, season with white wine, salt and pepper (to taste).
- Once the shrimp is cooked, remove from the heat and serve immediately.
