Farm-Style Chicken Soup (Canja)
Whether you're feeling under the weather or just love farm-style chicken soup (canja de galinha), this chicken soup will hit the spot.

Ingredients
1/2 chickenSmall pasta (to taste)1 onion, choppedParsley (to taste)Water (to taste)Salt (to taste)
Get Portuguese ingredients 
Preparation
- Cook the chicken in the water with salt, onion and parsley.
- When the chicken is cooked, remove it from the pan and add the pasta.
- Shred the chicken and when the pasta is cooked, add it to the pan with the pasta.
- Turn off the stove and serve.

I do not but I do remember my mother putting them in her spaghetti sauce. You would look in the pan and see them all sticking up!
