Ingredients

12 pieces of pork spare ribsWhite wine (to taste)1 bay leaf2 tablespoons of crushed garlic2 tablespoons of crushed red pepper sauce1 tablespoon of lard1 tablespoon of olive oil2 tablespoons of waterSalt and pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well, add the ribs, mix them well in the seasoning and marinate for a few hours.
  2. Place the ribs in a pyrex dish with the seasoning, and bake at 180ºC or 350ºF for about 45 minutes or until done.

Hi Jasmine, you can do without the pimenta moida, it does add more flavor but you can do without it. Use massa the pimentão as you do have that one. 👍👍
