Ingredients

12 pieces of spare ribsWhite wine (to taste)1 bay leaf2 tablespoon of crushed garlic2 tablespoons of red pepper paste1 tablespoon of lard1 tablespoon of olive oil2 tablespoons of waterSalt and pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well, add the ribs, mix them well in the seasoning and marinate for a few hours.
  2. Place the ribs in a pyrex dish with the seasoning, and bake at 180ºC or 350ºF for about 45 minutes or until done.
