Preparation
- Season the pork tenderloins with the lemon juice and salt and let marinate for 2 to 3 hours (or overnight).
- Conbine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and blend it with a hand blender.
- Roast the tenderloins with only a drizzle of olive oil at 200ºC or 400ºF for about 1 hour, when they start to color, drizzle a little of the previous preparation over it, turn the tenderloins and drizzle a little more of the sauce (keep some sauce for the final step).
- When almost cooked, cut the tenderloins into slices and drizzle the remaining sauce, bake for another 10 minutes and enjoy.
