3/4 cup of olive oil1/4 cup of vinegar4 cloves of garlic1 sprig of parsley
Get Portuguese ingredients & stuff 
Directions
- Place the oil and vinegar in a bowl, add the parsley and chopped garlic and stir well.

My late Mother used to make something very similar to this, which she called "molho cru" (i.e. "raw sauce"), except she also added some finely chopped onion and lemon zest. It was *awesome* over fish, boiled potatoes..., really, nearly everything. Does her name version "ring a bell" with anyone else with Azorean roots?
