1/2 lb of chicken breasts1 tablespoon of olive oil1 teaspoon of garlic powderFlour (to taste)Lemon juice (to taste)Salt (to taste)Rosemary (to taste)2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into pieces, sprinkle with the garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Using a skillet, heat the olive oil, coat the chicken pieces with flour and cook in the skillet over medium heat (about 10 minutes).
  3. Add a few sprigs of rosemary (to taste), and drizzle the chicken with the lemon juice halfway through cooking.
  4. Finally, add the breadcrumbs and let the chicken brown for a few more minutes.
