Olives (to taste)Garlic (to taste)Olive oil (to taste) Red pepper flakes (to taste)1 tablespoon chopped dried oregano or to taste

Preparation
- Place the olives in a small bowl.
- Add the olive oil, oregano and pepper.
- Chop the garlic cloves (to taste) and add to the olives.
- Mix well and place it in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.
