Ingredients

1 can of tuna (about 385 grams)10.5 ounces (300 gr) of mashed potatoes3 tablespoons of chopped onion1 clove of garlic, chopped3 tablespoons of chopped parsley2 eggsSea salt (to taste)Black pepper (to taste)Olive oil (to taste) * Get Portuguese ingredients & stuff Get Portuguese ingredients and other stuff at Amazon.com

Directions

  1. Drain the tuna well and mix with the remaining ingredients.
  2. With the help of two spoons shape the fritters and fry in olive oil or hot oil (to taste).
