1 can of tuna (about 385 grams)10.5 ounces (300 gr) of mashed potatoes3 tablespoons of chopped onion1 clove of garlic, chopped3 tablespoons of chopped parsley2 eggsSea salt (to taste)Black pepper (to taste)Olive oil (to taste)
