- Put everything in a pan and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly until slightly thickened.
- Remove from the heat and let it cool.
- Place in a sterile, tightly closed jar.
Dosage:
Adults: 1 tablespoon 3 to 5 times daily
Children: 1 teaspoon 3 to 5 times a day
