This carrot, orange and papaya detox juice (sumo detox de cenoura, laranja e papaia) is a great way to cleanse your body.

- Peel the carrots, cut them into slices and put them in a blender.
- With the help of a spoon, remove the seeds from the papaya, peel it, cut into pieces and add it to the carrots.
- Remove the juice from the oranges and lime and add the juices to the carrots and papaya and add cinnamon (to taste).
- Blend everything until it becomes very smooth and serve immediately.
