Ingredients

2 pieces of cod (to taste)1 large cans of chickpeas1 large onion, chopped2 garlic cloves, choppedParsley, chopped (to taste)1/2 red bell pepper, chopped2 boiled eggs, cut into pieces1 cup of olive oilVinegar (to taste)Salt (to taste)Pepper (to taste)

Get Portuguese ingredients

Instructions

  1. Soak the cod in water overnight or longer.
  2. When ready, cook it in water, drain it, let let it cool, then remove the skin and bones and shred it.
  3. Drain the chickpeas and rinse it under running water.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the chickpeas with the cod, the onion, the garlic, red bell pepper, eggs and parsley, add the olive oil and vinegar to taste, season with salt and pepper and mix very well.
