4 london broil beef or 4 sirloin strip steaks1 large onion, sliced1 cup white wine1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes1 -2 garlic clove, chopped1 tablespoon paprika1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Marinate steaks for 6 hours, in large skillet fry steak and onions together, after 20 minutes, pour marinade in skillet, cook until absorbed.

 

Enjoy with an egg on top and with home fries.
