1 grated carrotJuice from 1/2 lemon2 tablespoons of sugar1 teaspoon of honey

Get Portuguese ingredients

Directions

  1. Place the grated carrot and sugar in a cup. 
  2. Add the juice of the half lemon and 1 teaspoon of honey.
  3. Mix well and let it sit for a few minutes.
  4. Take 2 tablespoons of this syrup a day.
