2 bananas, peeled in chunks2 apples, peeled in chunks2 pears, peeled in chunks2 oranges, peeled in chunks2 slices melon, peeled in chunks1 1⁄4 teaspoons brown sugarOptional200 g dark chocolate1⁄8 cup single cream

Directions
- Arrange fruit on 4 brochette spears (skewers).
- Sprinkle with sugar.
- Brown under broiler or on your grill until the sugar has burnt slightly.
- Serve.
- Optional: melt chocolate in microwave, stir in cream.
- Serve brochettes on bed of chocolate or covered in it.
