Ingredients

2 lbs of chicken thighs4 cloves of garlic1 teaspoon of paprika1 teaspoon of dried oregano1/4 cup of olive oil1 orange, juice1 orange, cut into half moonsSalt and black pepper (to taste)

Get Portuguese ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a mortar, crush the garlic cloves with coarse salt, add the paprika, oregano and olive oil and stir.
  2. Season the meat with salt and pepper, pour the previous mixture over the meat, mix well and marinate for about 30 minutes.
  3. Place the meat with the marinade in an oven dish, sprinkle with the juice of 1 orange and place half slices of the other orange between the meat.
  4. Cook in a preheated oven at 200ºC or 400ºF for about 40 minutes.
