- In a large saucepan, add all the ingredients and heat over medium heat, stirring frequently until you get the desired consistency.
- Remove the cinnamon stick and the lemon peel, and use a hand blender to blend everything.
- Add the jam into air tight glass jars, allow to cool completely and close tightly.
