Ingredients

2 cups of lightly packed fresh flat-leaf parsley2 anchovy fillets (optional)1 clove of garlic, coarsely chopped1/2 cup of fresh bread crumbs1 tablespoon of capers, rinsed and drainedFine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar (or lemon juice)1/2 cup of extra-virgin olive oil, plus 2 tablespoons Get Portuguese ingredients

Instructions

Chop the parsley.
Mash the anchovy.
Mix all the ingredients altogether.
Serve over fish, a steak or anything you want.
Enjoy.
