Kelly's Coconut Custard Cake Recipe

Ingredients

2 and 1/2 cups of sugar1 cup of all purpose flour2 and 1/2 cups of milk4 eggs1 tablespoon of margarine (melted)1 cup of shredded coconutBundt cake pan

Get Portuguese ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all the above ingredients together (The mixture will be very liquidly but that is normal).
  2. Grease and lightly flour a round bundt cake pan and pour the mixture into the pan.
  3. Bake at 150°C of 350°F for 1 hour (test with toothpick).

Notice: Once the cake is done the coconut will raise to the top of the cake and the bottom of the cake will be custard.
