Ingredients

1 egg white3/4 cup of grated coconut1/3 cup of sugar
1 egg white3/4 cup of grated coconut1/3 cup of sugar
Get Portuguese ingredients

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C or 350°F.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the sugar and beat some more, add the coconut and mix well.
  3. Place the mixture in a pastry bag with a star spout, and in a tray lined with parchment paper and greased with butter, make small cookies.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
