- Preheat the oven at 180°C or 350°F.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the sugar and beat some more, add the coconut and mix well.
- Place the mixture in a pastry bag with a star spout, and in a tray lined with parchment paper and greased with butter, make small cookies.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
