Ingredients
2 small oranges cut into 4 pieces each (navels cut out and seeds removed)4 eggs1 cup of sunflower oil2 cups of sugar2 cups of flour1 teaspoon of baking powder

Directions
- In a blender place the eggs, the oranges, oil and sugar and mix for a few minutes.
- Place the flour and baking powder in a container, add the blender preparation to the flour and mix well.
- Grease a pan with butter, dust it with flour and add the batter to the pan.
- Bake at 180ºC or 350ºF for 45 minutes (do the toothpick test to see if its cooked).

I loved this cake! Easy, moist, tasty. If you are looking for a crowd pleaser, this is the cake. Only drawback is the amount of sugar but for special occasions, best I have ever had.
