Ingredients

1 and 3/4 cups of whipping cream (30% to 36%)1 can of condensed milk (355 ml)1 tablespoon of cocoa powder10 Maria biscuitsGrated almonds (to taste)

Get Portuguese ingredients

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream with an electric mixer until firm, add the condensed milk gradually and continue to beat.
  2. Finally add the cocoa powder and stir, add the coarsely broken biscuits and the almonds. 
  3. Pour into a covered container and place in the freezer until frozen.
  4. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving, decorate with liquid caramel, and serve.
