1 tablespoon of ground coriander1 tablespoon of ground cumin1 tablespoon of achiote or turmeric1 tablespoon of garlic powder1 tablespoon of kosher salt2 teaspoons of oregano1 teaspoon of ground black pepper * Get Portuguese ingredients & stuff Get Portuguese ingredients and other stuff at Amazon.com


  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Store in an airtight container.

1 1/2 teaspoons of this mix equals one packet of commercial sazon.
