Ingredients

4 tablespoons of mayonnaise4 ounces of pitted black olives2 cloves of garlic1 teaspoon of piri piri sauce or tabascoParsley (to taste), choppedA pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. In a chopper, place the garlic, parsley, olives, hot sauce and salt.
  2. Chop everything until it is finely chopped.
  3. Mix the preparation very well with the mayonnaise.
  4. Chill or serve at room temperature with cod fritters or to taste.
