4 tablespoons of mayonnaise4 ounces of pitted black olives2 cloves of garlic1 teaspoon of piri piri sauce or tabascoParsley (to taste), choppedA pinch of salt
Get Portuguese ingredients

Directions
- In a chopper, place the garlic, parsley, olives, hot sauce and salt.
- Chop everything until it is finely chopped.
- Mix the preparation very well with the mayonnaise.
- Chill or serve at room temperature with cod fritters or to taste.
