Directions

  1. Mix everything except the apples, sugar, and cinnamon together and set aside.
  2. Peel and slice the apples, and toss them with the sugar and cinnamon.
  3. In a buttered greased cake pan, add alternate layers of the batter and the apples, starting with the batter.
  4. Bake at 350F or 175C for 1 hour and 15 min.
