Ingredients

8 potatoes (washed, peeled)4 cups chicken broth1 pound bacon4 leeks (sliced)Parsley (to taste)1 cup heavy creamSalt and black pepper (to taste) Get Portuguese ingredients

Directions

Cut the potatoes in small cubes and the bacon in small pieces.
Bring potatoes and chicken broth to a boil. Cook until tender.
Fully cook the bacon in a skillet.
With some bacon grease, cook the leeks.
Mix everything together.
