Directions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil to a medium-high temperature. Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes per side. Take the chicken out of the skillet and set it aside.
  3. Add butter to the skillet and turn the heat down to medium. Once melted, add garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and oregano to the skillet. Stir thoroughly to mix, then simmer.
  5. Return chicken breasts to the skillet and spoon some of the sauce over the chicken. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
  6. Serve hot with additional sauce spooned over the chicken. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
