Directions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil to a medium-high temperature. Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes per side. Take the chicken out of the skillet and set it aside.
- Add butter to the skillet and turn the heat down to medium. Once melted, add garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and oregano to the skillet. Stir thoroughly to mix, then simmer.
- Return chicken breasts to the skillet and spoon some of the sauce over the chicken. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
- Serve hot with additional sauce spooned over the chicken. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
