Ingredients

1 pound chouriço sausage, sliced1/2 green bell pepper, sliced1/2 red bell pepper, sliced1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced2 tablespoons olive oilSalt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil to it.
  2. Once the oil is hot, add the sliced chouriço to the skillet and fry until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Remove the chouriço from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
  4. Add the sliced bell peppers to the skillet and cook until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Return the chouriço to the skillet with the peppers and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the chouriço is heated through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Note: You can also add onions or garlic to the skillet for extra flavor, if you prefer.
