Directions

  1. Place thew potatos in a pan with water and salt to taste, bring to a boil and cook for about 15 minutes (until cooked).
  2. Drain the water from the potatoes and place them on a serving dish.
  3. Heat some olive oil in a skillet, add the garlic and onions and cook until the onions are translucent.
  4. Add the pepper sauce, paprika, vinegar, tomato paste, water and stir so it's well incorporated.
  5. Add salt to taste, mix well and remove from the heat.
  6. Pour the onion sauce over the potatos and serve.
