- Place thew potatos in a pan with water and salt to taste, bring to a boil and cook for about 15 minutes (until cooked).
- Drain the water from the potatoes and place them on a serving dish.
- Heat some olive oil in a skillet, add the garlic and onions and cook until the onions are translucent.
- Add the pepper sauce, paprika, vinegar, tomato paste, water and stir so it's well incorporated.
- Add salt to taste, mix well and remove from the heat.
- Pour the onion sauce over the potatos and serve.
