4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs4 bone-in, skin-on chicken drumsticks1/4 cup olive oil3 cloves garlic, minced1 tablespoon smoked paprika1 teaspoon cumin1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon black pepper1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper1/4 cup lemon juice1/4 cup orange juice1/4 cup white wine vinegar2 tablespoons of piri piri sauce (or to taste)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Add the chicken to the bowl and toss to coat with the spice mixture. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours, or overnight.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, orange juice, white wine vinegar, and piri piri sauce.
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
- During the last 5 minutes of grilling, baste the chicken with the piri piri sauce mixture.
- Before serving, take the chicken off the grill and allow it to rest for five to ten minutes.
