Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about a minute, or until fragrant. Be careful not to let it brown, as it can become bitter.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until they turn pink and opaque.
